Qigong Classes for Beginners

With over 15 years experience in the study and practice of Toaist style Tai Chi and QiGong, Laurie offers informal classes where learning is relaxed and fun!
Join us for an amazing journey of body awareness and self-discovery of the healing power of Qi. Qi Gong is gentle mindful movement that unites body, mind and spirit. It improves balance, stamina and flexibility. It has positive effects on the cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, immune and central nervous systems. This class will teach you everything you need to know to get your personal Qi Gong practice started.
Class Times: Monday evenings, 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
