What is Emotional Balancing?
Emotional Balancing is a comfortable way to identify and release both conscious and unconscious emotions so you can keep a positive mindset and face your current challenges with calm clarity. This is a very different approach from traditional talk therapy. There is no need to discuss your deep personal feelings or analyze the underlying cause of the emotions.
How does it work?
Unless we fully process and release our emotions, they stay with us – sometimes we are aware of this and sometimes we are not. These “stuck” emotions can surface, acting like triggers when a current situation touches them. This means you’re reacting to the accumulation of your emotions, which can build and build over time. Using muscle monitoring for bio-feedback, and a combination of ancient knowledge and modern techniques, we identify the underlying emotions and the best techniques to release and balance them.
How is it done?
Using muscle monitoring as a bio-feedback tool, we identify which emotions have not been fully processed and released. Then, using a combination of ancient knowledge from Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern techniques, we identify the underlying emotions and the best techniques to release and balance them.
What is a remote session like?
We will connect via Zoom and you will identify, in as much or as little detail as you prefer, a current situation that is emotionally challenging for you. For example, you can simply say “I have an issue at work.” or you can add additional detail if you feel it is necessary like “I have an issue at work with my boss who is bullying me.” If you’re not sure what the issue is, you can simple state how you feel (overwhelmed for example) and we can work from there. Then, using a variety of techniques we’ll clear and balance your emotions. With guidance and visual aids you may be asked to participate in the clearing, such as lightly holding your hand on your forehead, or gently touching reflex points on your head or body. We will then use biofeedback to ensure your emotions are properly balanced.
